The longer she was on this island, the more she was convinced that it did something to people's minds. Something that was perfectly acceptable between two people back home had now become the rumour mill for the entire settlement, much to her dismay.
The blonde boy had hit her, everyone was giggling about it and God, she hadn't seen Rob yet but he was like as anything to kill her. Not to mention the other doctor she'd met on the beach the other night.
It was times like these that Annabelle wanted to get away. So she was walking. Where, she didn't know, but anywhere that wasn't the compound.
