Florence heard the crash and rushes into the room, heading directly to the man crumpled on the floor. She recognizes him, of course, the Doctor she'd met with the... technical problem. The one from the far, far future instead of the few decades that most of the people seemed to have on her.
She doesn't even notice the mistletoe that's overhead, she's just worried that he's hurt himself.
