The Post Office was not a place that Marian often went. She knew of the boxes for each resident, but she felt little need to send notes, nor did she truly expect any to send them to her. he's not really usually the stop and talk type, and he's content to simply give the woman a smile of greeting as he passes her--

Until he sees what she's carrying. She's trying to hide it, that much is clear from how she's clutching it and the look on her face, but bits of it show through her grip, enough to give him at least an idea of what it is.

And that... well, it kind of makes him wonder.

"You all right?" he asks, with a raised eyebrow and a barely suppressed grin. What the fuck is it with this place and dildos lately?

"I am fine," she snaps back, trying to roll the -- the thing in the bottom of her tunic. The straps will not co-operate; they keep tumbling out. Her cheeks are warmer now, and she looks up at the man in annoyance. "Why would I not be fine?"

"There is no need for your rudeness my lord," She finds her back straightening, her chin rising as she spoke. Her annoyance is in turn making her seem dignified, as much as she can whilst trying to tuck straps away and hide the entire thing. "This - this object was left for me in my mailbox. I have no idea why though I am going now to try and get to the bottom of it."
