"You won't find any ashtrays around," she calls from her seat across the room, hair pulled into a peppy ponytail. The style is so very American and innocuous, like her affected accent. "I don't think you're supposed to smoke in here."

He didn't have many left, and didn't want to waste this one after only one drag. "Hi, I'm Ray," he said to the woman with a slightly distracted wave and smile as he looked around for something to stub it out on, finally settling on giving the end a pinch with his thumb and forefinger.

Wanting to make this trip short, he headed to the bookshelf to see what he could pull off today and came to stand next to the man, giving him a small nod in greeting. "Sorry about the music, I swear when I'm here, it's the only thing the damn machine knows." Chewie sat at his feet and looked up at the man with a happy grin, though the smoke caused him to sneeze, sending his cords flying.

And you know, he'd seen the name Ray Stantz on some of the recent documentation somewhere, but he'd never been enough of a fan to make that connection till right this second.
"That thing never shuts up," he said finally, angling his head at the jukebox, "so it's a good thing you don't seem too bothered by it."
