Trevor had never been much of a tree climber. Not really anyway, unless you wanted to count when he'd raced that bitch Faith up one to keep from getting eaten alive. But honestly speaking, his area of extpertise had been walls and fences. Out the gate, over the fence: away from school, gone from home. But, climbing a tree wasn't too much different, and he'd made the leap relatively effectivly. Being awake all night either made a person nervous or adventerous, and Trevor liked to think that maybe it just gave him a sense of advantage and a sense of opportunity.
The collection of snowballs that had been specifically crafted using small stones and ice as cores, however, had made the job slightly more difficult. Manageable, but still a little more complicated. A confiscated scarf and a strategically placed tree branch for hanging it from as some kind of profectile hammock had been helpful, and the young Brit had a clear view of the darkened path below as he settled into his newly aquired post.
It didn't really matter who he hit. All the poor bastards looked the same colour in the dark, anyway.
It just kind of sucked he could only do this when it was cold. One of the drawbacks of being a skinhead was that there was a lot more exposed skin, and that left one of a person's natural ways of keeping warm lacking. It didn't help he was already lacking in area of having enough body fat to keep himself insulated either.
But he wasn't shivering or anything. Shivering would be a sign of weakness.
Maybe he should have found some gloves or something.
[[If you tag, you will most likely get bombed. And yes, the snowballs are a bit more painful than the innocent kind, but certainly aren't going to cause serious harm. Unless you want it to, and if you do, then warn me first. xD]]
