Jonas had been fishing off the dock when he had hear it; an arrival.

"Let the games begin.." Jonas joked with a chuckle, moving his pole up and down through the hole in the ice. Ice fishing wasn't much fun, but he was determined to catch a fish. It would be to spite Peter. Jonas wanted to prove he could actually do it.

Sarah turned in a slow circle, carefully taking in her surroundings. Definitely not California, unless some weird blizzard had blown through in the few brief moments she'd been below deck with Kirk.

At the end of the dock was a young guy, no more than sixteen or seventeen by her estimation. Maybe he knew what the hell was going on.

Slipping on yet another mask, though there was some truth to the confusion of it, Sarah called down to the kid, "Excuse me! Could you tell me where I am? I seem to have gotten a bit...lost."

Yeah, that was an understatement.

Jonas laughed to himself and set his fishing pole down. Standing up, Jonas wiped his cold hands on his pants and walked towards the new woman.

"You're lost alright..." He teased, finding some sort of joy in being the one who knew what was going on. "Tabula Rasa." He said, leaving it enigmatic. He smiled again.

Jayne was building a snow fort. He was hoping to hide inside it and attack passers-by with snowballs - and if it was someone he didn't like, he'd use snowballs with rocks inside them. Wasn't much point to the whole business, but hell, it was something to do.

He was just trying to figure out where he could find some rocks (besides inside Simon's head) when a gal in a bikini just showed up out of nowhere. He stood up from behind the snow fort, a snowball in his mittened hand, and just stared at her.

"Whoa," he said. She had nice nei nei.

Just when Sarah was about to consider herself having suddenly gone certifiable, relief came in the form of Casey -- for probably the one and only time in her entire existence.

The tension that had started to settle in between her shoulder blades dissipated as she looked over at him. Good undercover.

Not that she knew what the hell his cover was, but he definitely didn't look like Normal Major Casey, though of course he still looked like he'd rather snap someone's neck than talk to them.

But if Casey were here and so was she, that meant no one was watching the Intersect...

"What are you doing?" she demanded, accusation absolutely dripping from her voice.

Jayne looked down at the snowball in his hand, then down at the snow fort. "Buildin' a snow fort?" he said, a little uneasily because she sounded like Mal when Mal was getting on his case.

That little revelation made Sarah's eyebrows creep toward her hairline. Yes, Casey tended to really get into his covers but this? Was going a little too far, even for him.

"Do you really think that's prudent?" she asked, her tone full well letting him know that she thought it most definitely was not.
