Council elections were coming up soon, Padme was getting married in less then a week, and Sola was crawling and babbling her first words. Evey was, quite frankly, on the metaphorical cloud nine. Or possibly cloud ten, she wasn't entirely sure. She was happy, that was probably the simplest way to put it. After her enlightening discussion with Marcus yesterday, she'd had a hard time concentrating on anything else, but she still considered her mental health day to be a success.

This morning she'd gotten up, found Marcus to say good morning, and then they'd gone about their respective days. For Evey, that meant laundry and getting a few more of those biscuits to keep at her hut. They were an excellent snack.

"Padme! Hello!" she greeted her friend quietly, if sunnily, and then addressed the exploring baby. "And hello to you to, Sola."

Bart had been looking for Jill, but when he saw her looking so worried, he couldn't help jogging a few steps to catch up. "Jill, hey," he said.

She turned abruptly, her heel catching on a root and she stumbled. She scraped her hand as she caught herself, and sucked in a breath.

"H-Hey." She looked, frankly, like hell. Worse then that, maybe. She was sleeping all of 3 hours on good nights, and none on the bad ones, and it was more then showing. "How're you?" She licked her lips, sucking in a breath. Trying to make it less obvious.

Bart moved quickly to help steady her, frowning slightly. "You look like I feel," he said, his tone gentle. "I hadn't seen you as much as normal, and I wanted to know how you were holding up..."

She shrugged, looking down at the ground. "I- I'm surviving?" That was all she could do. She could manage. She could survive. She was having problems focusing, and- well.

"D-Do you want to- I mean. Walk? Why're you not feeling well?"
