It twisted his gut. Hard.
And then he noticed Stacy watching the film.
"Hey," he said, trying to sound at ease.

"Hey," she said. "I didn't know I was a television star." It was a weak joke, but her lips twitched into a feasible smile.

"You look good up there," he smiled. "So...you've been here this long without being tortured with this? Lucky you," he said gently, draping his arm around her shoulders.

Oh oh. Wilson remembered that day in Stacy's office at the hospital, in another lifetime. Somebody was... watching their lives. He tried so hard to forget about the fact that anybody could watch, beacause it barely entered into island life.
He stormed into the rec room, ready to bluster about invasion of privacy, when he saw that Stacy herself was the one watching. That was different. His hands dropped and his posture relaxed. "Are you... are you all right?" he asked quietly, not wanting to startle her.

"I came here before this," she said quietly. "The plane, when I was getting on to come back to Princeton, that's when I came here. I don't.."

He bit his lower lip, unsure what else the film would show. "If it helps, I didn't take House's side. Didn't take anybody's side. I just tried to understand."
