Chris missed being able to watch the sunrise and sunset from the bridge, but he still made time everyday to try and watch the sunset on the beach.
He had spent most of the day thinking. Especially about his talk with Jane. He was serious about trying to look for happiness, but there was a small part of him that still believed he didn't deserve it. Too much had happened and while he had accepted that he wasn't responsible he had been involved and it was easier said than done to leave some things behind.
He finally gave up thinking shortly after the sun had set and started throwing rocks and such into the ocean watching the ripples they made.
