When Ghost was a boy he'd taken piano lessons with a kind old lady who lived down the street from his grandmother's house on Burnt Church Road. Arthur for once hadn't been planning to end up in the rec room but the events of the previous night, and the fact that he had finished the book he had been reading all conspired to draw him to the room. Well that and the music he heard coming from it. He smiled when he saw Ghost at the keyboard. He took a seat in one of the chair pulling his legs up in an attempt to get comfortable as he listened not wanting to interrupt.

At first, Ghost didn't notice the new addition to the room, his eyes staring unfocused at the top of the piano, mind fixed on a point in time... on a place he could no longer get to. Drunk on the music, Steve used to say. It wasn't that far from the truth, actually, and even alone with a piano Ghost could get himself lost in it.

The song drawing to a close, his eyes blinked once... twice, and snapped back into focus, landing on the other man curled up a chair across the room.

Mouth crooking into a smile, he asked, "How long you been sittin' there?" tucking one long strand of white hair behind his ear.

"Just a couple of minutes, I didn't want to disturb you." He smiled. It was nice to hear someone playing the piano. "I went to the beach yesterday." He said with a wry grin.

"I finished reading my book so I thought I would stop by and see if the bookshelf would cooperate." He didn't walk to talk about Brian being here, even if things had went better than when Curt arrived. He brushed his bangs off of his face really considering seeing about getting his hair cut.

"Did you take your chances in the ocean or did you stick to the sand?" Ghost asked, a hint of teasing in his voice.

Tapping out a random melody on the keys, he eyed the bookcase, one pale eyebrow arched questioningly, "You're feeling lucky today then?"
