This just keeps getting better and better! Plus special kudos for the fantastic description of the tech shop. Not to mention acknowledgement of that fact that there's a bit of Donna still in him. THANK YOU!! It's easy for us all to see him as pure Doctor, but of course, the metacrisis went both ways.

Thank you so much. Yes, I think it's important to remember there are bits of Donna that remain. Not that he'd ever forget her otherwise, mind, or that she didn't change him in different ways. But she's there.

Donna Noble is beyond a doubt in my top 3 companions ever. She may have even surpassed my love for Sarah Jane and she was my "first" (you never get over your first, lol!)

That was wonderful. I loved the Doctor in the shop 'obnoxious hipster toffs' is such a great phrase. What did he do at the end to make it right? Did he leave money? I love the acknowledgment that there is a bit o' Donna in him, it made me squee. Can't wait for the conclusion. This feels like a right proper who-plot, telepathic fish that might destroy the world, I love it!
