I don't know the difference between a bad day or a normal day these days. When is it a good time to turn your back?

Well when you are having a bad day is when you make a bullshit excuse to not go to work or school(aka bang in) the next day.

The irony is that a great night can also result in the same thing.

The bad day/great night paradox, in which result in not making an appearance at work.

A normal day, is basically unremarkable in every way and within a week... everything will be forgotten.

A good time to turn your back on people and things is when you are numb or emotionless to them.
