SO SEE, THE THING IS, so far in camp, there's not a whole lot of people who've made a really lasting impression on her beyond "haha, humans are always fun to mess with~" She is intrigued by how both Tyki and Devit have Do Not Touch lists and those humans have an automatic level up in the hierarchy of People That Interest Her. As a result, most of the people she's met in camp have had pretty superficial impressions on her--Ys and Zuko are the only two who weren't on family lists that have genuinely caught her interest! The fact that he understands that the world is corrupt and ugly and humans are only fooling themselves in thinking they can persevere and keep going pleases her greatly; the fact that he looks her approximate age and still feels like that intrigues her even more.
And the fact that he got pissy when she kept poking at him absolutely delights her. SHE WOULD HARASS HIM MORE, it's the little sociopath's version of pulling on your pigtails because she liiiiiiikes you ( ... )

Road on Ash and Riddle?

Road thinks Riddle is charming and funny, and wouldn't mind adding him to her doll collection. :) He can be one of the head dolls, who conducts tea parties for everyone--his aesthetic is right up her alley and she would touch that whenever she was bored, just for fun. Ash is one of Tyki's Do Not Touch people, though, so she is more interested in him, especially in seeing what makes him tick, why is Tyki sooooo interested in him that he'd specifically say to leave him alone? :|a I'm curious, I'm soooooo curious!
Also she really is hoping that he'll help her cheat so she can get a dog. Though maybe she'll just cheat herself and steal Appa. :B

More seriously, the only two people who're not on the Do Not Touch lists of family (and of course excepting Exorcists, lol INSTINCTIVE URGE TO KILL ON SIGHT!!) are Ys and Zuko, but. This doesn't mean that Road completely dismisses other humans, it's just that she's a lot more casual about violence and doesn't care about the damage she does.
Jesse was a fun distraction, and made her feel a little better about having Relo one minute, and then not the next. :'( If he succeeds in siccing higher powers than himself on her, though, he'll definitely rocket up on her interests. I suspect that if he gets either the Exorcists or Castor+Morrolan on her, she'll use him as like. Her guinea pig. "How much can I poke him before I get yelled at? What are my limits? Let's test. ♥"

Like Ash, David is one of Tyki's Do Not Touch people, which automatically makes him more interesting than the general populace of camp in Road's eyes! (Though tbf, Tyki's people are less a surprise than Devit's, since I'm pretty sure Tyki's human hobo friends are off-limits back in their world.) And sicne her human/white life is being the daughter of a Foreign Affairs Minister, she's pretty used to high-society types like David, who're stiff and not entirely sure what to do with a ~precocious little girl~ like her. But he's also really funny, because even though he's soooooooo serious he keeps trying so hard to play with her! Which she appreciates, in her tiny sociopath way. :') And he thinks Devit is charming! HAHAHA THAT IS SO FUNNY!! so he is an entertaining human that is more fun to keep around than to break, so she'll behave~
At the same time, she's a little :|a because she doesn't know how much David is actually aware of the Noah clan's ambitions or the fact ( ... )

okay honestly by "charming" David doesn't mean like... society charming. He's aware that Devit is rude and impulsive and dangerous -- but like I told Devit there are some things about his personality that David really admires and wishes he could have for himself. So that Devit just... goes with it, is charming, as far as David is concerned.
Also he knows the Noah are trouble, just in a general way, because he's observant and they all give off stranger danger vibes and allude to it now and then -- but so long as they are not directly threatening the populace of Camp or anyone David really cares about, he doesn't feel he needs to press the issue. Knowing would only make it difficult to remain friends, after all.

HAHA o-okay so. HAKUREN IS ACTUALLY PRETTY AWARE OF IT; he and Devit actually first hit it off really badly, and also it came out during like their second interaction that Hakuren was a Bishop in training! So as a result, Devit, hating him at the time, was pretty blatant about "yeah so I hate all humans and I wanna wipe them out and their God is filth and a lie and also they're all stupid and they suck JUST LIKE YOU DO!!" and Hakuren was sort of like "what are you even on, this is weird. :|a" A lot of their early relationship was arguing about their different beliefs, since Hakuren was and is firmly in the camp of "humans are good and they make mistakes but they can and will overcome" and believes in their inherent goodness! HE'S A SNOT AND PRISSY AND ARROGANT, but he is deep down a good person and spent a lot of time arguing with Devit every step of the way. So as a result, he's pretty well-versed in the war as it is from Devit's point of view, and he knows Devit ( ... )

I USED TO, though I stopped after a while, because I got too lazy. :B The earliest I started was June 2008, which was like ... two or so months after I got Hakuren in, so there are a couple of months missing. :|a ALSO THEY'RE KIND OF BORKED because I redid his icons somewhere between when I started tracking and when I stopped.
If you are interested, they are hyah, and go till about June 2009. Woo. \o/
