Dangit, I meant John. They both start with J, and I do it while watching the show as well. I think I would much rather hang out with John, he is definitely a lot more interesting. And your compositions are always stunning and so creative. Wish I had half the imagination.

LOL yes, definitely! I think Jack could still be a more sensible choice to have as a friend though cause he's not completely unpredictable; if I was really on that island with them, I'd probably agree with Jack that John seems crazy, and I'd probably spend time with Jack more willingly. But as a show viewer I ofc know more and can safely say John knows what he's talking about, and is 100% awesome :3

The Ben icon is so complex and creepy and PERFECT for that character! The text is all twisted and the grunginess just suits the images and the themes of Ben's life so well. HE'S THE GUEST OF HONOR. <33333333
That Master icon is so classic YOU. The coloring, text work, and composition are so easily identifiable as being your signature details. The Finch icon is so wonderfully sparse and neat. I love the contrast between the bright blue and the darkness surrounding Finch. (You squeezed Michael Emerson in twice!) The Locke icon is absolutely fantastic, and I envy the blocking so much. I'll never practice that skill enough to get good at it. Not enough patience! :P The blending in that Regina icon is flawless as fuck, and I love how the text cuts off at the top AND at the bottom.

noooo, I have to disagree here! I think you have a really cool approach to blocking: instead of having to use multiple caps, you often manage to use textures in a way that create a blocking composition within one cap. It's really original and distinctive and I envy that in turn :p

Your bizarre aesthetic jibes with mine quite a lot, so I think that's why I gravitate towards your set most of all. It's funny to know you even worry about what anyone thinks of your work cuz it's always so unique and funky and cool! Even if someone doesn't like it, they certainly can't say it's boring or not complex. There are always a million details packed into such a small amount of space that it makes me go 0__0 WHAAAAAAAAAT????? HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE AND REAL???????
My version of blocking results mostly from not being able to color multiple images in a manner that makes them flow together cohesively like you and most other people achieve with caps and photos.
WEIRD DETAILS ARE THE BEST. You incorporate them so seamlessly into your work where they almost don't look weird at all. Instead they look exactly like they belong where you put them. It's pretty darn cool! :D

I really love the balance of the composition on the Scorpius icon and the muted color palette of the Regina icon. (Also, quality choice inviting the guy in the s&m suit. I feel like Scorpius would bring out the "worst" in all these creepy villains, lol.)
