I really don't get that "A~n" thing... I didn't know it's that kind of a big deal for them (well I don't know a lot about Japanese culture, anyway)

I'm only in my third year of studying Japanese so don't take what I say as fact, but I think the "A~n" thing might be about the girlfriend feeding them with that sound, and the next one is would they feed her in the same way?

I'm not sure ^_^; but that's what I got from it after skimming the Japanese portions. Plus that's the only situation I can think of where she'd make that kind of sound.

Ohmygod THIRD YEAR?? >_________< I only had it as a one-year elective in high school, and at that time I wasn't even serious about it(my grades were high but can you believe, I had not memorized katakana and numbers then xDDDDDDD). Now it's all self-study, LOLZ.

Oh haha I wasn't sure how long you studied Japanese, but I usually assume people who translate have been studying wayy longer than me because I don't think I could do it. XD That's great that you're doing all this with self-study. I need the instruction, otherwise I won't understand any of it. ^_^;

Ah~thank you so much for this! I absolutely adore this article. I've read another translation for this before, actually, but I really liked yours. (: Plus, you included the original text! I'm (slooowly ._.) self-studying Japanese, and these help me so much. :D

Oh, and, for this note:
Oh, and I remember Nino saying this before he kissed Ohno in their FINAL concert. It's not because he was going to eat Ohno (though it was implied HAHAHA) but because Ohno was offering himself to be kissed.

^I just thought I'd add that it's quite a common thing in yaoi manga for the seme to go "itadakimasu~" before...well, "devouring" their partner, more or less. XP So, I believe this was what Nino was referencing to when he said that during the concert. (:

See, I was a hardcore yaoi fan for 7 years before the JE/Arashi obsession came around, and I have NEVER encountered that "Itadakimasu!" before!!! xDDDDDD I must have been reading the wrong things, HAHA! :D :D But thanks for that piece of info! Ohoho now I'm wondering if Nino reads yaoi................ :))))))))
