I saw Blodwen Rowlands in the bar today. She seemed ill at ease, but well enough, and it seems she has been making some new acquaintances. Despite her defeat last Midsummer, I am not certain she is not still very dangerous, and felt you should be told of her presence.

I feel I must inform you that Blodwen Rowlands is once again in the bar; no doubt you have seen or heard of her already but I would be remiss if I did not mention this. My wife means to speak with you soon on this subject, and so I will let her speak what I would only write.

I want you to know, so that you might be on your guard, that I have once again seen and spoken with Blodwen Rowlands here in the bar. I believe her powers are still gone from her, however you and I both know very well that she is a danger despite what power she might or mightn't have.
