The Oblivisci
The Oblivisci is the all-powerful being that governs Memoria, The Forgotten City. The Oblivisci has absorbed all the power that this dimension has given to the forgotten memories, dreams and hopes of the things and people of this world, making it extremely powerful. It enjoys toying with the people of the city, especially with their crushed dreams and memories. However, no one has seen the true form of The Oblivisci, except maybe for it's underlings, for reasons unknown.
→ The Oblivisci has access and knows the memories, dreams, hopes, and wishes of the people, making it easy for it to play around with you.
Because the Oblivisci has this knowledge, it can easily use this to it's advantage to play around with you, your mind, and your feelings and emotions. It can make you see a hurtful memory and relive it all over again, it can make your dreams come true only to take it away the next moment... whatever it wants to do to you, it does. Why? This is the only form of entertainment to The Oblivisci. It enjoys seeing the reactions of the citizens of people when it imposes something upon them. However, the Oblivisci also does things to cover up for some of the things it does and making it seem like a good leader, sometimes making wishes come true or giving you back something you lost from your world.

Sometimes, The Oblivisci can make and force this dimension to create a portal, taking and absorbing people or objects from any place and any era or point of time that it wants.
→ The Oblivisci knows the weaknesses of the people.
Because The Oblivisci is able to see your memories, hopes and dreams, it instantly knows all your weaknesses; what makes you lose control, what causes you to have gripping fear, and what causes you to want to leave everything behind for that someone or something. The Oblivisci will take advantage of your weaknesses and use them against you whenever it wants to.
→ The Oblivisci can create illusions that seem all too real.
→ The Oblivisci can control the locals in the city.
Although it only uses this power rarely. Rumors have it that The Oblivisci can even control you, and the other newcomers.
→ When one comes across The Oblivisci, it it said that it takes on the form of a person's deepest, hatest, most painful and tragic memory.
Iif a person doesn't have any tragic memory, The Oblivisci will take the form of any tragic memory and engrave it into their mind until it becomes theirs.
The Oblivisci also has more powers rather than just these, of course, having absorbed most of the powers of this dimensions and being all too powerful. However, there is little chance that you will actually come to meet The Oblivisci, since it uses it's subordinates, the second-in-commands, to carry out what it wants to do or say to the people of Memoria. No one has ever seen the true form of The Oblivisci yet.
