This paper is intact, if scuffed up and folded over many times. One side is blank. The other reads:

You're pretty nosy, to read someone else's letter, aren't you??

Don't worry, this message is for you. YES, YOU.

You've been selected to help us bring a little chaos back into Fandom's wacky. Doesn't that sound like fun?

Here's all you have to do: come to the TA Lounge tonight at 11 pm. Tell no one. Think you can handle that?

And destroy this letter, before anyone else gets their grubby mitts on it.

Momoko wasn't used to seeing litter at Fandom, but instinct was instinct and she picked up the scrap of paper. As she did, she noticed it seemed rather note-like. She unfolded it and read the contents, hoping to find a name to return it to. A slow grin spread across her face and she pocketed the paper before continuing on her way.
