Kara went to a dive bar with her favorite pool cue and nearly-empty pockets, intending to swindle next month's rent out of the desperate men who mistook her blond hair for lack of intelligence. This had happened before.

He was leaning against the wall, his posture unbending, blue eyes keenly observant. She challenged him to a few rounds; she won at best three out of five.

When the bar closed, she took Lee's hand, walked him to her truck. With one hand on his knee and the other steering, she knew the car ride home was leading to good things.

Ahem...it does say *car* ride home. This means you should expand this into an entire epic :P To make up for the oversight!

But srsly, This is yummy good, love the seediness, the pull of those eyes. Nice!
