(This is a general list of permissions and what not that I've seen other RPers using. If you have any questions about something that you want to do with Yuji/Kereellis and it doesn't fall under anything here or if you'd like more specifics, feel free to send me a private message.)

Backtagging: Yeah, sure, why not?
Threadhopping: Coo'.
Fourthwalling: Nah.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Can't think of anything in particular that bothers me. I'll speak up if lines are crossed.

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Hugging this character: Sure. He'll probably react awkwardly no matter how well he knows the person. Unless you are a child, Kereellis will think you're retarded if you try to hug him, because he is a small puppet on a young man's arm.
Kissing this character: Again, sure. He can handle a kiss on the cheek without flipping out, but he will definitely be shy about it. As for a kiss on the lips... well, he'll be awkward, of course. Kereellis doesn't mind a teeny peck, he'd probably appreciate it in the right circumstances (like thanking him).
Flirting with this character: Go for it, ladies and gentlemen, if you don't mind his little puppet show. Yuji will probably be very dumbfounded that anyone would even try to flirt with him and will react stupidly. In the unlikely event that you are seriously flirting, he'll assume you're just messing with him or joking anyway. Kereellis will probably be amused if he gets the attention, but he will also think you are really dumb, unless you happen to be some kind of lady puppet or doll that's similar to him. He'll think it's awesome, if that's the case.
Fighting with this character: If you must, sure, but he's not very adept. He can be full of surprises, though... as in Kereellis might grant him some kind of competence or his clumsiness will work in his favor. Go ahead and try to fight the puppet for a laugh because he WILL try to fight back, but I gotta wonder about you if you try to duke it out with him seriously (don't do that).
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Sure, just nothing permanent or severe. I'd also rather his mind not be fucked up further, please and thanks! Kerellis is just cloth, but he is very sensitive cloth, so he will react to a tear or having something ripped off. I am open to Kereellis being (temporarily) incapacitated, but that would definitely be need to be talked about first since that would affect Yuji a great deal.
Killing this character: Generally, I'd rather they both stay alive. However, I'm willing to discuss death plots if it's appropriate for the game or whatever.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: That's fine, but I'm not really sure how it would work. You might get Kereellis instead of Yuji himself. We can talk about it!
Warnings: I know it will be tempting for some characters to pull off the puppet and I don't mind if they try, but it'll really upset the poor kid and it'll piss off Kereellis. Of course, they can't succeed without my permission. :)
