My only problem is I am like- eh, tomorrow is another day, give me a hot dog please! fries as well, and a big ol' vodka drink!

But, it does help me to think that even at the next meal you can do better-- you have to think about the small things you can do, and not get overwhelmed by the big picture. After all, it is a lifestyle change.

Exactly. It's easy to get overwhelmed by bad choices and think that it has to be all or nothing. Self-forgiveness and baby steps are key.
