Awesome loss!

I kill myself when I do speed work on the treadmill. Start out great but then get defeated early on -l- so then I just end up running regular. At least you started a program and can work your way up to the way they have the program outlined. That would be great.

Thanks! And yeah, even though I wanted to die after that hour, I knew that I would work myself up to that level soon enough. I've been needing a new push in my workouts lately and I think I've found a good routine to achieve that.

Good job! It was probably nice to mix it up trying a new routine. And good weight loss too, seems like I've been watching you lose pretty consistently!

Thanks for the treadmill workout link. I miss running for an hour. Once my foot is stronger, I am definitely going to give this a try.

Reading your LJ really reminds me of myself and the changes I made. Even tho I've gained a few pounds back, and have injuries, I still feel like I can do this, and reading about your thoughts and achievements really gets me excited to be back at it. So thank you.

Aw, thanks! That really means a lot. Especially since I've been inspired by you as well! I couldn't do it without the support I get from everyone who reads my journal.
