so, i'm gonna try this treadmill workout at this gym tomorrow. it seems pretty long and grueling, but i think i'm up for the challenge. worst that will happen is that i won't finish. and i think changing up the speed will make the time go by faster. also, it does say that you can modify the speeds, so if i have to, i will ( Read more... )

I like to do some speed changing on the treadmill, what I normally do though is just push the speed up a bit every .1 mile or .2 mile. This looks like a good work out though I can't run at 6.5 for 10 minutes.

yeah, i'll have to modify that part. i'm okay with doing fast sprints for a few seconds, but i can't do 6.5 for 10 minutes either.

it turned out really good! i was impressed. the corn flakes give it the perfect crunch and the honey gave the meat a sweet, juicy flavor. super-easy to make too, so i'll be making more in the future.
