today was the hardest track practice ever!!!!!!!!!!!! omg...first we did a 2 lap warm-up (800 meters), then we stretched and all that and did form drills and thennnnnnnnnn we did 1200 meters, 800 meters, 400 meters, 1200 meters, 800 meters, 400 meters, 400 meters, 400 meters all at race pace then a 2 lap jog to "cool off" haha! omg i'm sooooo tired
