if you cant hear, unless somehow you experience that sound inside your head, *(taking into account you were born with no ability to hear) than there is no way to form the accent.
its like feelings, you dont know what they feel like until you experience them. and if you dont have the sense to feel, than you cant experience it, period.
does that make any sense?
its part of the philosophy of empiricism. its interesting.
but like, deaf people learn to talk by watching other people and then moving their mouths the way people who can speak do, or by feeling the vibrations their throats make, right? and if they were watching or feeling someone with an accent speak, would the words "look" different? because when things are said with accents, they are said different ways, with different vibrations and different contortions of the face/tounge/mouth. am i completely wrong?
