where do birds go to die?

seriously. where? one sees the odd bit of roadkill or what-have-you but there must be millions of birds dying of perfectly natural causes every day and i don't know what happens to them.

not mad cheerful thoughts for a monday night, i'll grant you.

good question. i saw pigeons incubating an egg in norfolk, but no baby pigeon.

perhaps they are like baby seagulls and weirdly large?

I work just off of Trafalgar Square and have come to the conclusion that they must come out of the shell a) huge; and b) filthy dirty!

I think they have a built in SatNav that takes them to the KFC headquarters and throw themselves into the plucking machine :)
