So Megan posted on her lj wondering whether there were only 2 directors to win the Oscar for best director who had also been directors of zombie movies. Well ... me being incapable of ignoring such a question, set to work. An hour or so later, I present you with my results. Yes, I know that it might not quite be a comprehensive zombie movie list

Of course, to be really thorough, we'd should look up the entire oeuvre of each award-winning director and make sure they don't contain any semblance of zombies. I mean, the list of zombie movies does look really exhaustive, but when it comes to zombies, can you ever really be sure?
