Have you ever believed something to be true all your life...only to find out someday when you're merrily living away, that it was completely and utterly untrue?

I've just had one such belief shocked out of me — that The Three Investigators were created by Robert Arthur — and not Alfred Hitchcock — as I had believed ever since I knew of Jupiter, ( Read more... )

it seems. If you read the wikipedia article on the series, Robert Arthur chose good ol' Alfred because he was famous.
