I'm off for a motorcycle ride through Death Valley, to the Grand Canyon, and other places I don't even know about yet. Then back home to find a company that needs a great software QA engineer.

Thank you! I have an initial phone interview with Pixar coming up in the next couple of days. If their needs match my skills, it looks like I'll be there for a year contract working on tools for their next film. I'm hopeful it'll be a good match. :)

Pleasanton, CA is in the East Bay, one of the places I may be settling down. SF is nice, but I'm not a big-city guy. It's giving me the heebe-jeebies.
