It could use some choke adjustment. I cleaned the carbs but nothing else. It wants to stall at idle without choke.
It needs a new headlight, which I hear is a $30-$50 part ordered. It also needs new turn signal covers. Cosmetically it's very not perfect, but it still looks good.
And it's fun to ride. < big ear-to-ear smile > I had it up to 40mph earlier today. :)

It all depends on how legal you want to be. ;)
Is it a moped or a motorcycle? It all depends on how exact with the laws you want to be. If it's a motorcycle, you need safety gear, a license, insurance, etc... If it's a moped I think all you need is a $50 sticker.
Michigan says it's a motorcycle because it's over 50ccs.
I have *no* idea. But I took it out on the street yesterday and was passed by a cop, so I'm guessing either a) I didn't break the law too much, or b) he was to embarrassed to be seen pulling over a moped to bother with me.
I own one more bike, and I'd really like to ride it out. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to. It needs an engine rebuild and I'm not sure if I'm going to have to time to do that before coming out.
I hope I can. I'd *really* like to ride out. Three days of quiet road does me worlds of good.

Wasn't able to buy the bike I was going to. (Got laid off right after Confusion - working again, but still making up the expenses)
