From the sound of things (and assuming that the "something indecent" was something along the lines of what I think that it was) if thing were a bit overzealous, it's possible that you've knocked an ovary... I understand that the pain is akin to a male having his testes used as castinets.
Or possibly bruised one...
I think that you prolly ought to go in to the doc just to have it checked out... and make sure that it's nothing more serious.
It might be gas pains. I know that sounds silly, but those can get really, really bad. If it sticks around much longer, like more than a day or so, I'd go see somebody. But you might try some Gas-Ex (I'm NOT poking fun here)
I know what intensely painful gas pains feel like, they can be downright horrific if they're bad enough, but I'm sure it's not that, because my body functions have been working as normal.
I'm feeling much better today though, so I think whatever it was has passed, if you'll excuse the pun :)
