I sold a bunch of super old anime magazines I found in my closet... to an international buyer on EBAY. (dear God) I didn't even realize that I had the intl option on- turns out the priority medium box is FREAKING $60 WTF and I only charged her $20 for shipping. I'm used to giving discounts to my buyers because money has never really been a biiig

I'D BE REALLY PISSED IF THE BUYER TOLD ME 'CHEERS' IN THAT SITUATION! D:< i mean seriously, not replying to all your messages but when you said that you could ship the package, she replied -.- WTF! at least she can try to offer a bit more!

there was a time when someone actually underestimated the shipping cost by $20 so i have to pay her that which i eventually did since she asked for it and it's not really her fault ya know :x

YAYAYAYAYA- thanks so much for this, dude you have no idea how I was wallowing in my misery yesterday when shipping it- I almost broke down in the post office, and the mailwoman looked at me like wtf/you okay? D': I feel so much better now :D

Her attitude really irked me- she only replied to the ebay resolution case (because she had to)- I sent 4 messages and 1 email to her and she didn't even reply. I mean, if she truly couldn't afford it and didn't want to skip out on the item, just post me back with an email saying "I'm sorry, but I really want the item and I can't afford to pay shipping, please send it?" and I'd feel 100x better because I wasn't being IGNORED. ;u;

Aww, you're so kind ;u; I would have split the shipping costs in half- say she's missing $20, I would've paid $10 and she pay $10 xDD But there was one time when I missed the shipping by $7 and the buyer paid me $4- I swear, LJ buyers are wayyyy more understanding and kind than ebayers. >:(

yeah, at least she should let you know that she could not pay for shipping rather than to straight out ignore you >:( grr... reminds me of a buyer i encountered in the past. she bought something from me and she didn't want to pay for tracking so when the item didn't arrive, she just filed a dispute >:/ i even offered to send another item to her as compensation and she declined, saying that i'm lying and all. super pissed! i'll never sell to her EVER! D:<

the seller didn't really offer to pay half ;w; plus i'm the buyer so it's my responsibility to pay for shipping T___T
that's why i didn't want to use ebay for selling >.<;; only buying :D

:( That buyer should've communicated with you to work things out- I really don't like ebay buyers for this reason- they never try to communicate and they treat all sellers as if they are business or have a lot of money- if they don't get an item they just file a dispute and they will usually get their money back- what do they take us anyway? We're humans and we only have so much money! >:(

Yeah, but then again it is the seller's mistake... orz|| dunno how to explain it but I think the seller should compensate the mistake byp paying half and buyer because it is her item she'll/he'll pay half
