Unto Us A Child Is Born

I know this was a long time coming, but it seems my laziness is matched only by my apathy. In my defence, proper living patterns, including but not limited to eating and sleeping, have become a thing of the past around my house. For those of you who are unsure as to what I allude to, allow me to fill you in ( Read more... )

Oh! How cute!! Though... I've never seen an umbilical cord before... Kind of gross actually. The baby is cute. Brandon. Good choice. Better than Fitzgerald or Rob. Er, um... kidding. I'm sorry. I'm too tired to be typing. I would tell you to congratulate your brother and sister-almost-in-law but erm... I don't know them.

PS I was up late with Niki, Bronwyn and [you] but I was up latER with Niki. Nice to meet you though. If you're ever bored between classes at BCIT, you should give me a ring. And by 'ring' I mean phone call. Or e-mail. Since I live in Burnaby.

I still stick to my suggestion that "Kal-el" would have been a good name, since he came out hand-first in his best SUperman pose. Dave wanted to name him Maud'dib, or more specifically Paul Maud'dib. My sister thought Orlando would be a good name, and if you've seen the posters on her wall (which you haven't) that would make alot of sence.
And I'd love to give you a call, or an email, that was very kind of you to offer. However, I neither have your number nor your email address, though I'm sure I can figure out the latter. =P

Cute baby! I do seem to have Shanon's phone#, you have to promise to be a good boy, no more breaking hearts!! PLATONIC - look it up ;) Is it kinda crowded? We have a guest room, but my other half has veto power and seems to cherish his solitude, any request for refuge, would have to be directed at the king of this castle. We also have sources of unpleasant smells, sometimes wet dogs, always cigarette smoke. Also gives walls and linens etc. a yellow hue.

You can't see me, but I'm rolling my eyes at you.
Thanks for the offer to take me in, but the house isn't too crowded since I'm not there much anyway. And as far as noise goes, baby seems to cry all night long and I can't hear a thing, so no problems there.

Oh, good. You'll need to get that hearing loss checked, you don't expect your future wife to always get up at night, because you can't hear the baby cry. Don't you roll those eyes at me! :)

say, why don't I go take a course on breast feeding while I get that hearing of mine checked??
*rolls eyes some more*
But seriously, she who marries me will know from the start that in fact she will be dealing with two babies, and we're not talking about twins here. ;)

Now my eyes are a-rolling. Poor woman. At least you're honest. But not to worry, she'll whip you into shape. :):)

Ack! It would appear that I need to return to comments posted quicker - there's like an entire conversation here already and it hasn't even been a week yet! Niki!!!!

Niki does have my number. And address. And e-mail address. And since it's not always the greatest idea to post phone numbers (or other important contact information) on random websites, I'll leave it with her where you still have easy access.
