Single copies of the Hollywood Reporter magazine are available to purchase for $8.95 per copy (includes S&H) in the US, and for a slightly higher amount outside the US (the example she gave me was $14 for the UK, but again, that includes S&H).

Okay, I've got a couple of updates for you all! The ad has been sent to the Hollywood Reporter print ad people and they said it looks great. The ad will appear in the FRIDAY, JUNE 11th issue of THR.
