Err...this is my first post to a community so I feel a little nervous. But I was just thought I should drop in and say HI because you're definitely my favourite community so far...I just wondered if there's much going on around here anymore, because there should be!

Nice to hear from anyone in this community! ))) cos' the lovers of the real and original glam seem to disappear.. ( surprisingly, most people I know count as 'glam' bands like Guns'n'Roses and all the terrible hair metal and haven't even heard of David Bowie or Marc Bolan..

Hair metal? NO WAY. Well, I'm happy to see that there's none of that on here, hahah....well, I hope this place comes back to life. I like it a lot.

Yeah, damn hair metal! xD ..and the most terrible is something they say like "My fav music genre is goth and glam!" meaning again 80's metal xDD can't argue with them anymore))) and there're few communities and messageboards out there dedicated to glam, but again overloaded with Motley Crue fans ((
Have You of finnish musician Jann Wilde? I think comparing to other contemporary musicians he'd fit better, though I think today there're a number of bands who came out with a retro-wave xD
