Lori gave me a great recipe for lime-aide Popsicle and I made it all summer long. But at one point i ran out of sugar and used honey and HOLY SHIT. It was so amazing and great for Dave's cold that he had at the time. So yeah, i recommend honey with freshly squeezed limes.

We're supposed to get honey from a semi-local friend soon! (right now everything we have is crystalized dregs.) I like the stevia because it's ridiculously easy, but honey may be the thing once we get into hot beverage season.
