Furniture!

Just a quick update to show off some furniture that I got last weekend (feels so good not to have to sit on the floor after a year of doing so).


And I kid you not, that's the name of the color as it was on the sales tag.

Purty! Yeah, I can imagine having somewhere to sit would be nice. Back in our student days, we used to raid people's garbages for chairs, heh.

Aw, cute hammy! Can't keep small critters around here, what with three marauding cats. As a kid, I had gerbils, a hamster, and cats, and that came terrifyingly close to ending in tragedy.

I know what you mean. My family's never had cats, but terriers are just about as bad because they're bred to hunt rodents. When I lived with my parents, Peanut, our Jack Russell, would be entranced watching Dude and Sweet (my previous hamhams) while they played, ever so often licking her lips.
