Agreed. When you're that tired, the correct solution is to pay a man to do the work for you. But if you're slightly less tired, then I find packet pasta works well. Milk, water, butter and packet contents into a pan, cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Eat.
Tired food for me is normally dirty noodles - basically pre-prepared breaded/battered chicken pieces, cooked in the oven, then dumped on top of instant noodles with stir-fried peppers and onions with loads of garlic, soy and sweet chilli sauce. It's also great hangover food due to the salt and protein content.
Except I can't do this at the moment as my oven's broken.
