In response to 8 (and also that girl who asked what she could improve on, to which the judges replied EVERYTHING): I think they were a little harsh on her. Jenna is clearly a competition dance studio girl. I'm sure that in competitions she scores very well. She does have good technique and flexibility for a girl of her size (her breakdancing was horrendous, but her contemporary was no worse than Donyelle's last year). She's not at the level of the other dancers, but she's not terrible.
And as far as her being a bad teacher, I agree with her and say "How dare you Nigel to say that". I'm positive Mary can't do all the moves she used to do, but she's a teacher now. When you teach someone who is under your level, you don't have to be amazing. I teach tap to 9 year olds. I'm not amazing for an 18 year old tapper, but I can do 9 year old tap pretty darn well. When you're teaching the basics, it doesn't matter how good you are. You just have to be good at teaching the basics. Which, I'm sure, is all she's doing ( ... )
