Light Kelvin Color

So I've been buying grow lights for my plants. There is one thing in lighting that is very important that unfortunately companies don't focus enough on. The color temperature of lights measured in kelvins. I think 6000 is about as far to the right on that graph as I'd go. 5000 is nice. The light on the blue side is too harsh on my eyes. 4000 is pretty to me too. It is the color of candles and white Christmas lights.

5000 is a great color for any room or office I think. Oh yes the extremes are both too much. I can see that as Christmas lights.
