Ok. I sat down here around 945am with the intention of making some color sketches of the Tibetan Panel Coat I am planning to sew. I wanted to try out different placement of the colors of fabric I have in the various panels. Then I made a sketch of all the possible embellishments I want to do to the coat once its sewn--beadwork, embroidery, extra

I didn't know that your landlords were already selling the place. GEESH. There should be disclosure laws about things like that. *sigh* Word of advice? Don't get your current landlords to do too much work in your place now. It would make your apartment too attractive for the new Landlords to move into.

I really don't understand why he's selling...the woman we deal with is the mother of the guy who owns it. He's young and an accountant, she appears to be in her 50s. She told me he lived in NJ when we were looking at the place but now she's saying he moved to NJ and that's why he wants to sell it because he doesn't want to deal with out of state rental property. But she's the one who 'manages' it for him anyway. I guess she's too much of a ditz (she is) to handle the job. They certainly must be making money off the place since if our neighbors downstairs pay as much rent as we do that should MORE than cover a mortgage payment, esp. since they bought the house as a repo. Anyway, she hasn't done anything to fix things up...we've done stuff like put in a deadbolt lock on the front door and new tile in the bathroom but I do worry that I've made the place look too good! LOL
