Working in retail has really opened my eyes to this- take the time to at LEAST smile.

Oh girl, I hear ya. I work in three shops, so spend 24/7 with a smile on my face. It goes a long, long way. I smile a lot anyway though so it's fine. I'll smile for you bbdolly :D
