I simply cannot see this law passing. They may, in time, redo it, without limiting statutory rape, and possibly get somewhere. But there is no way this nation will let something like this go, considering how most people view statutory rape.
I agree that this is one of the most fucked up bills I have ever seen. The abortion debate is one that I see both sides too (used to be prolife, been prochoice for several years though) and in general stay out of, but, like blowing up abortion clinics, this just goes too far.
