I was rewatching the Silent Hill reviews (as you do in October) when I decided that what I needed was fic where Linkara actually WAS the Magic Gun Girl's father (reincarnated, obviously, because of the whole 'age' thing). And now he's a hero to make up for everything he did wrong in his past life, even if he doesn't know it.
