Yesterday I went charity shopping with Annie, with pleasing results. I bought the RotK DVD (yes, shamefully I didn't own it before...), 2 Discworld books (1 of which I already owned, alas), an atlas of ancient history and the Book of Lost Tales by Tolkien. You have a good palate then :D I liked those Builders Breakfast because they're such a nice, delicate flavour. Loads of people complained they were too eggy though - which makes me wonder about them as it was hardly a 'knock you down' flavour, unlike some of the others!

Also - I've seen that game in an archaeology book I've got, I didn't know someone was making replicas!

I liked how you could taste all the different parts of the breakfast in succession! I definitely don't think the egg is too strong overall, it's nicely balanced.

Apparently several replicas have been made! But they'll set you back something like £25 on the internet, which is pretty dear compared to the 99p I payed. God bless British charity shops.

Speaking of which, I forgot to mention that I also saw 4 "Lord of the Rings" oil paintings for £80. I thought they were slightly crap and had no idea what was going on in them, but still quite cool.
