Can anyone reccomend any support groups in Essex for a 24 year old pre-transition MtF to attend? She is quite shy and not out to very many people so small friendly groups would be best. If you know of anything let me know. Thanks.

I've looked before and not found much in Essex, although I'd be quite happy to meet up with her. (I work in Chelmsford) If you do find out about a group in Essex though I'd be interested to hear about it! :-)
