As I understand it they are both equally fantastic gender surgeons. I would advise you to have a consultation with both, and see who you prefer. You'll likely find that you trust one more than the other, or that you feel more at ease with one, and that makes a big difference to the way you'll feel going into surgery.

according to what I have been told by people who have seen bellringer - avoid him like the plague. I been told whilst he might have been taught by royale he's a butcher. I have also been told by one person who saw thomas that she had good experiances with him, and I have heared other reports that thomas might be ok

the quality of the surgery in the UK seems to be about where it was 10 or so years ago. It used to be very, very good, now its ok.

btw what is it about the surgical pictures that bother you?

I am aware that it's not uncommon for people to be squeamish about graphic images of surgical procedures in progress, hence my caution.

If you want a really good cosmetic result you should seriously consider going to Thailand.
