Nebido Cycle

I got my second shot of nebido last week. I got it on Thursday and by Sunday night I felt off. I got really, really pissed off over something fairly tedious- I don't have a temper normally. I had to stop watching a somewhat sad documentary because I had tears running down my face- I almost never cry normally. All week I've not got to sleep before ( Read more... )

[Note: i'm not a doctor]

It's only your second injection, and only affected you for a few days, so I wouldn't worry yet, as things will smooth out over time as nebido in your body levels out and your body gets used to it. What I would suggest is that you get bloods done at around the point where you feel subjectively that your T level is peaking (for me this is usually about 3 weeks, but bodies vary). If your T is above normal male range at peak, it's worth considering changing to 14 weeks. Otherwise, keep a record of the days you've felt out of whack, and give it a couple more shots to allow time to settle down. If you're still having problems after that you need advice from the specialist.

It's worth finding out whether your GP is happy to discuss things with you by letter to help avoid time off work for appointments, especially in a situation like this where no physical exam will be needed anyway.
