Is it just me who is surprised by which council messed up, and thinks that it's a classic example of why there is still a looooong way to go?

I was surprised to see that it was Brighton & Hove. Perhaps it's just LGB friendly, and not Trans friendly.

To be honest, I suspect that the town is inclusive, but as is often the case, the establishment of the council is a power to itself...
