Seeing Charing Cross Shrinks Privately

I've got the impression from hunting around on the web that some of the shrinks at CXH also have private practices. If anyone has any experience of seeing one of them as a private patient, I'd be very interested in hearing from you. This would be under the auspices of getting a third opinion for the benefit of my Primary Care Trust, who are

Green does have a private practice and has done for several years. I recall that he's just as pathetic in private practice as he is in NHS practice but let's face it, he paid his volunteers to get the results he wanted for his book so he's not going to change.

Still, he may be worth a try. The others may have private practices, too. You be best off calling Charring Cross and asking, the secretaries there should know.

I believe both Green and Montgomery see private patients at Charing Cross (there's a 'private floor' at the top of the hospital where various NHS doctors hold private clinics), and someone on Roses said they'd seen Lorimer privately too.
